I’m AJ Lang, a father, entrepreneur, and former foster kid who refused to let poverty and trauma write the end of my story. I grew up facing homelessness, neglect, and the kind of hardship most people don’t make it out of. However, I did. Not because I had a roadmap, but because I made a decision. I was going to build a life of purpose, freedom, and integrity, no matter what it took.
Today, I run successful businesses in real estate, mortgage, and construction. North of Poverty isn’t about business. It’s about transformation — true transformation. It’s about helping others break generational cycles, rewire limiting beliefs, and rise into the version of themselves they were born to become.
This book, and this movement, are proof that your past doesn’t define your future. You do.
